The rules for renting Chipverse machines, in plain language. Questions? admin@chipverse.ai
Every Chipverse machine is dedicated bare metal: physical hardware reserved for you alone for the rental period, with full root access. No virtualization layer, no shared CPU, GPU, RAM or disk with other customers. Servers are physically hosted in Egypt.
Configurations are reserved by email and confirmed by our team subject to availability. The configuration and price confirmed at reservation are the ones that apply to your rental.
You have full root access, which means you are responsible for what runs on the machine: keeping your OS and services updated, securing your own access credentials, and the data you store. We do not access your machine without your request.
You may not use the machine to:
Machines used in violation will be suspended. Where feasible we contact you first.
Hardware is monitored; failures are our responsibility to repair or replace. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Custom AI & systems development work (when contracted separately) is quoted and scoped per project.
Rental periods run to the end of what was paid. To stop, simply don't renew — tell us by email before the next period starts. Prepaid quarterly commitments are non-refundable once the period has started.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the current rental period. Keep your own backups — while our hardware is reliable, we are not responsible for data loss.
